We rent equipment ranging from traditional two-way radios and push-to-talk phones to broadband wireless devices for high-speed internet connections on the go. Rental Policies

All rentals must be paid in full at the time equipment is distributed. Rentals may be paid with cash (office pick-up only), check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Purchase Orders are accepted depending on the company/organization and state of your rental – please contact a rental associate for more information.

Local sales tax will be added to all rentals within New York State. Sales tax will be waived for vendors with a valid resale certificate or not-for-profit organizations with a current year issued ST 119.1 tax exempt certificate. All certificates should be emailed or eFaxed to 646-862-8934.

Minimum rental period is one (1) day for radio and push to talk units, three (3) days for convention connectivity kits, and seven (7) days for Verizon/AT&T Aircard’s and MiFi’s. Rentals must be returned to UPS/FedEx by end of day on the contracted return date, otherwise a rental extension will be issued.

Rentals are available for local NYC delivery and pickup via messenger between 1:00PM – 5:00PM the day before the rental start date and the date following the billing end. An office pickup is available between 3PM-5PM with a return of 10AM-12PM. Please refer to your rental contract for specific times and dates.

Rental reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Call to reserve your rental with at least 5-7 business days’ notice during peak seasons to ensure the equipment will be available. A rental proposal is not a guarantee that the specific equipment you requested will be available when your order is placed, and unit models are subject to change based on availability.
