All rentals must be paid in full at the time equipment is distributed unless a Net Terms account has been pre-established. If you wish to be considered for a Net 30 account (more than 6 rentals a year) please call during normal business hours to have a credit application faxed to you. Purchase orders are accepted from public/ private hospitals, accredited colleges and universities, US Government and major corporations. Rentals may be paid with cash (pick-up only), company checks in advance, VISA, Master Card, Discover, or American Express.
Local sales tax will be added to all rentals within New York State. Sales tax will be waived for vendors with a valid resale certificate or not-for-profit organizations with a ST 119.1 tax exempt certificate. All certificates should be faxed to 646-862-8934.
Extra fee's may be added for local messenger pick-up & drop-off services under 15 radios or shipping charges for FedEx delivery and pre-paid return labels if radios are not picked up and returned to our offices in Queens, New York. Security deposits of 10% of the equipments value are required on all rentals to customers that do not have a Net Terms account set-up. Deposits can be made in cash, a company check which will be deposited and held or by credit card authorization. All security deposits will be returned upon the successful return of the rented equipment. Late, missing or damaged equipment will be invoiced against the security deposit on file.
Minimum rental period is 1 day and in some cases 3-4 days depending on type of equipment rented, customers location and/or days of the week the equipment is needed. Rentals must be returned by noon of the specified return date, or shipped back by the specified return date. Rentals are available for pick-up or local delivery between 4:00pm – 6:00pm the day before the rental start date or the morning of the rental start date depending on the customer needs. Equipment must be shipped back or ready for return pick-up on the day after the rental period ends. See your rental contract for specific instructions on distribution and return.
Rental reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Call to reserve your rental needs with at least 7 - 10 business days notice during peak seasons to insure the equipment you need will be available. A Rental Proposal is not a guarantee that the specific equipment your request will be available when your order is placed.
